Although I wish eBay would do a better job at incorporating custom and personalized products for sellers, this software application certainly helps make up for that. I'd recommend them. 10/10.

Love the coupons!

I just love having coupons to give my customers. Cindercube has finally done what I've been waiting for eBay to do. Until eBay implements their own version of seller coupons, I will be subscribing to Cindercube.

Pretty good customizer

We sell customized greeting cards and have found using the product customizer to be pretty good at helping our buyers figure out what they want. There are a few features I think I'd like to see added at some point but my overall impression is a good one. I would recommend it.

Good coupons

I had a customer tell me last week that they plan on being a loyal customer for a long time simply because they were so happy to get a discount coupon code which they had never seen from an eBay seller before. I'm happy to have found Cindercube.

I highly recommend Cindercube's seller promotions to any serious eBay seller. Having the ability to offer my customers coupons and discounts has been amazing. I get a ton more responses from my emailed newsletters when I include a coupon code.

My little children's clothing boutique was just started a few months ago and I already feel as though I'm a big company! Being able to offer customers coupons and discounts has been amazing!! I print coupons and send them out with every order and I have already gotten many repeat customers using their coupons. Not even the big sellers have this ability. Its been awesome!!

Good program A+

I'm really impressed with the program Cindercube has come up with. It really does give us an edge over our competition. I've already had people (I'm assuming competitors) ask me how I got the ability to customize my products. It's been a pleasure testing this program and I plan on continue using it for a long time to come. A+

Very easy to use

When I first signed up I was very surprised to see how quickly I was up and running with my very first custom product. It works just how they say it does. I was a little hesitant about using it until I was told about the Anti-spam filter. I set it up so that only 5 listings per day can be created. I'm not a big seller so I think that is a good number for me. So far I've not had any issues with abuse. I'm really happy to say the least.

Really good solution

I own a custom shirt and suit company and I used to have to give extremely complicated and extensive buying instructions to buyers in my eBay descriptions. Most buyers never seemed to follow the instructions very well and it has become quite frustrating. Having been given the opportunity to try Cindercube's product configurator I have to say that this literally solves so many of my problems. I no longer have to give instructions to my buyers and everything is so straight forward for them. It's automated many of my previous manual workloads. Great software!

Great app!!

Cindercube approached me to test their software and it has been really cool! My life has suddenly become so much easier and things are running really smooth.

Perfect for our custom PCs

We've been looking for something like this for a long time. Our customers seem to use it very well and it certainly has increased our sales by at least 30%.

Being able to customize their own systems has also removed a lot of the time we spent with going back and forth with customers.

My wife and I sell different aprons that we personalize for our beloved customers. So far all our customers have really liked being able to use the product configurator. We still get some customers that contact us about the personalizations we offer but the majority seem to catch hold really quick. So far I've just used the free subscription and its been good for us but we may upgrade to a paid plan soon.
